Job Summary
The Manager, Compensation leads the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support initiatives by directing broad compensation programs (including job leveling, salary structures, merit processes, and market research). Partners with HR and business leaders to ensure equitable, consistent, and competitive pay practices, provides guidance on offers, promotions, pay grade placements, and range placements, and supports development and communication of compensation policies and job architecture updates. Represents the team in cross-functional discussions and drives continuous improvement in compensation processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years work experience in a compensation/analytical role
- 3 years experience with complex project management
- CCP or progress toward certification (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and compensation tools
- Experience designing and administering incentive plans
- Experience conducting market pricing and managing annual compensation processes
