Manager - Community Outpatient Substance Use Programs

Monitor and coordinate clinical services in MAT and outpatient settings, providing weekly supervision to clinical and nursing staff. Develop work schedules, oversee admission and discharge processes, and ensure patient care plans are individualized while adhering to UnityPoint Health Standards of Excellence. Lead the Drug Overdose Prevention Program, facilitate multi-disciplinary staffings, and make policy recommendations to the Director of Addiction & Substance Use Disorders. Maintain effective communication with coworkers, healthcare providers, and the community through active participation in QA, regulatory inspections, and educational program development.
