Job Summary
Strategic and empathetic community leadership role focused on building and sustaining CNBC Cures’ Rare Disease ecosystem. Frontline funnel for inbound inquiries, cultivating relationships with patients, families, advocates, biotech leaders, investors, and policymakers; manage external relationships in partnership with communications; curate ambassadors and champions; represent CNBC Cures at events and community gatherings; produce and publish daily social content to sustain engagement; measure and report on community growth and impact; role is a 2-year temporary staff position based at CNBC headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to write and edit accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with social media writing, producing, editing, and cross-platform strategy
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization
