Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of ERG programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment to objectives, budgets and success metrics; drive cross-functional coordination across planning cycles and events; partner with ERG leaders and executives to deliver high-quality programs that strengthen employee engagement and belonging; develop and maintain project plans, governance, and reporting; track budgets, participation and program performance, and synthesize insights to improve impact; leverage AI/BI capabilities to improve tools and processes for ERG governance and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Experience in project or program management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort building relationships across functions and influencing stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with PM, collaboration, workflow tools, AI or BI is a plus
