Job Summary
Own BEES reporting solutions, ensuring stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement through Power BI and Excel dashboards. Lead development of AI-driven and agentic solutions to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and accelerate insight generation. Manage backlogs of enhancements and bug fixes while prioritizing based on business impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial and global teams to translate needs into technical requirements and build internal AI capability. Define the AI roadmap, evaluate modern tools like Copilot and Databricks, and prototype scalable solutions that reduce manual work. Maintain data integrity and validation processes to ensure trust in reporting outputs.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in business analytics, reporting, or data-related roles within CPG (or similar environment)
- Demonstrated experience working with or implementing AI / automation solutions in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of modern AI and data ecosystems (e.g., Copilot, Databricks, cloud data platforms, LLM-based tools)
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
- Experience in data management, transformation, and validation processes
- Proven ability to design intuitive, high-impact dashboards with strong UI/UX principles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, innovative mindset with a strong bias toward automation and continuous improvement
- Location: Toronto Office, 5 days/week in office
