Job Summary
Manager, Commercial Pricing at SharkNinja will own the pricing approval process end-to-end, maintain pricing controls across Oracle and internal planning tools, and serve as the pricing SME across Commercial, Finance, and Order Management. Responsibilities include investigating deviations from margin requirements, updating price lists across systems, partnering with IT and Finance to improve processes, training commercial teams, driving cross-functional pricing initiatives, and surfacing actionable insights to senior leadership. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pricing/finance/IT with ERP/Oracle experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with CPI/CPQ tools and retailer margin requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years in pricing, finance, or IT, including direct ownership of pricing controls or system integrations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent) and ability to optimize workflows
- Strong analytical toolkit; advanced Excel; SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
- Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
- Consumer products or CPG background, familiarity navigating retailer margin requirements
