Job Summary
Manager, Commercial Planning & Analytics to translate complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence. Own capacity reporting across Element Critical’s data center sites, delivering real-time visibility into power, space, and connectivity availability to support sales pipeline management and operational planning. Design, build, and maintain commercial dashboards and reporting tools that reveal product profitability, deal economics, and portfolio performance for senior leadership. Develop and manage customer inventory and capacity tracking within NetSuite to support contractual renewal planning and scalable portfolio growth. Establish data governance standards, KPIs, and reporting cadences to ensure data reliability across commercial analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop scalable workflows and systems that support commercial growth and market expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, capacity planning, or a closely related analytics function
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex modeling, capacity reporting) and PowerPoint
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP/CRM platforms; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Visio is a plus
- Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives with organizational discipline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
