Job Summary
Lead the Framingham site's commercial packaging and serialization team, ensuring end-to-end execution from batch release to 3PL shipment in compliance with GMP and GDP. Establish daily priorities, oversee Antares equipment and TraceLink data integrity, and drive continuous improvement on throughput and deviation resolution. Provide hands-on operational leadership, troubleshoot system interfaces between Antares, TraceLink, and Oracle ERP, and manage batch record execution and audit readiness. Coordinate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to support product launches and lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Life Sciences or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, packaging, or supply chain operations
- Direct experience with commercial packaging and serialization operations
- Hands-on experience with Antares (or equivalent packaging line serialization systems) and TraceLink (or equivalent serialization platforms)
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP within a regulated supply chain environment
- Strong experience working in GMP and GDP-regulated environments
- Proven experience with batch record execution/review and SOP management
- Demonstrated people leadership experience in frontline operations
- Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to troubleshoot across equipment, systems, and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy
- Experience supporting product launches in a commercial-stage organization
