Job Summary
Lead a team of inventory management professionals and oversee procurement, replenishment, assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and virtual merchandising for multiple cannabis brands and channels. Drive data-driven pricing and loyalty strategies, monitor inventory levels and open-to-buy planning, provide regular sales and inventory performance reporting, and collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Compliance, and Accounting to optimize margins and ensure regulatory alignment. Leverage BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP/wholesale systems (Leaf Trade, Hoodie) to analyze sales, inventory, and pricing data, support forecasting and budgeting, and build strong vendor relationships to secure favorable terms. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Cannabis/CPG experience a bonus; proficient in Excel and automation tools; experience with cannabis industry software preferred.
