Manager - Commercial Finance

Manager - Commercial Finance leads the Reporting/Controls function and the Reporting team, delivering timely financial statements and ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsible for setting department objectives and KPIs, coaching staff to develop skills, overseeing performance reviews, and driving continual improvement. Acts as SME in required areas, supports internal departments and customer meetings as needed, and handles ad hoc tasks and projects to simplify processes. Primary duties include overseeing inventory cycle counting and reconciliations, analyzing financial results to improve accounting accuracy, managing tax, payroll, A/P, A/R, internal controls/audit responsibilities, and contributing to standalone and consolidated financial statements. Strong emphasis on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, training, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining a focus on delivering Holman’s financial objectives and supporting business success.
