Job Summary
Manager of Sales Operations supports Arrowhead's field-based commercial teams for the Redemplo program and broader portfolio. Responsible for translating commercial objectives into plan-of-action and goals, sizing, targeting and incentive compensation, optimizing CRM systems, and managing logistics including fleet administration and vendor coordination. Builds insights through KPIs, reporting, budgeting, and collaboration with IT and sales/marketing leadership to ensure efficient field operations and data integrity. Role based in Pasadena, CA with in-office requirement 5 days/week; requires 5+ years in biotech/pharma commercial operations, 2+ years in data/sales operations, leadership abilities, and up to 20% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-rated or life sciences field
- 5+ years of progressive commercial experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical data/sales operations; including roles such as brand management, data management, sales operations, analytics, forecasting
- Strong leadership and communication skills; effective vendor management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, team-based environment, with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Travel up to 20% may be required
