Job Summary
Provide commercial guidance for customer contract negotiations and review terms to ensure alignment with risk thresholds and approval processes. Support contract administration, dispute management, and claim resolution while partnering with Legal to resolve issues and maintain compliance. Act as the commercial contact for Sales, Proposals, Procurement, Legal, and Business Line teams, supporting proposals with risk identification and pricing alignment. Own framework agreements, manage the centralised contract database, and monitor commercial risks to protect strategic outcomes. Located in Perth or Brisbane, this role requires full working rights in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' experience in legal, commercial contracts, contract administration, or proposals
- Formal Qualifications in Business, Law, Commerce, or a related field
- Full working rights in Australia
- Located in Perth or Brisbane
