Job Summary
Direct, coach, and develop a customer-focused team to achieve goals within budget and timelines. Establish and align unit and individual objectives with site goals and customer requirements, manage headcount and expenditures, ensure cross-unit collaboration, and drive performance improvement. Oversee training and onboarding, monitor team performance metrics and customer scorecards, and coordinate with the Commercial Project Manager for seamless customer communication and quarterly business reviews. Demonstrates strong leadership, people development, and adherence to PCI’s quality, safety, and cgmp standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training
- 2-3 years in a management role
- Intermediate computer skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Supervisory responsibilities
