Job Summary
Manager, Commercial Analytics lead analytics delivery and people leadership for GCC analytics in India, partnering with US I&A brand leads to translate business questions into structured workplans, assign tasks across a pod of 2-5 analysts, oversee end-to-end delivery of brand analytics across US brands, drive process improvements and automation, and cultivate a high-engagement, learning-oriented team culture. Responsibilities include managing intake-to-delivery cycles, reviewing dashboards and analyses for rigor and narrative quality, guiding data storytelling and stakeholder communication, and developing talent within the team across India-US time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 7-8 years of progressive experience in US pharmaceutical commercial analytics
- experience with SQL, SAS, R, or Python for data manipulation and workflow automation
- strong experience with Tableau or Power BI for performance, launch, and brand analytics dashboards
- preferred experience with Databricks or cloud-based analytics environments
- ability to manage multiple high-priority analytical workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, matrixed environment
- prior mentoring of analysts in US pharma or healthcare analytics setting (preferred)
