Job Summary
Develop patient-level analytics covering journey analysis, treatment persistence, and adherence while supporting sales force effectiveness through HCP targeting and field performance tracking. Design and maintain interactive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI to track key performance indicators, incentive compensation, and market access trends. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Finance to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making and forecasting. Ensure data integrity across multiple systems, resolve quality issues, and provide training to business users on reporting tools and data interpretation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, commercial analytics, or related fields
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with multiple data sources
- Experience supporting business leaders through reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related discipline
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience
- Experience supporting commercial organizations, including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, or Market Access
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms
- Experience with pharmaceutical prescription data sources including IQVIA Xponent or Symphony Health
- Experience with Veeva CRM data
- Experience working with healthcare data, including prescription, claims, specialty pharmacy, distribution, or market data
- Experience supporting commercial product launches
