Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (South Region) leads promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia portfolio within the Nashville area, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors. Responsibilities include implementing marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining call frequency aligned with product focus, staying current with clinical literature, executing patient-focused selling, engaging with patient support groups, communicating marketplace opportunities to leadership, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and developing new and existing accounts through territory planning. Travel is required, including weekends for select customer meetings and events. Strong clinical knowledge of product features, disease states, and distribution channels, plus the ability to develop customer advocates and drive product usage across call points (HCPs, hospitals, treatment centers, specialty pharmacies, distributors). The role emphasizes patient education programs and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve territory sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to manage a large geography
