Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products – South Region (TN Territory) responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing territory business development. Cultivate relationships with Health Care Professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners; develop demand for promoted products; demonstrate clinical knowledge; implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; maintain regular call frequency; stay current with clinical literature; utilize patient-focused selling; engage with patient support groups; travel as required (including weekends) for select customer meetings and events; represent CSL Behring at local meetings to increase product exposure; develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through strong customer relationships and effective territory management; support patient education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
- Demonstrated history of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to manage a large geography
