Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products in the South Region TN with responsibility for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, developing territory business plans, cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies and distribution partners, and driving demand through patient-focused selling and stakeholder engagement. The role includes implementing key marketing programs, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, promoting products, representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings, supporting patient education programs as needed, and traveling as required (including weekends) to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
