Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products in the South Region (TN) responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing territory business development. Promote products to health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; build and maintain customer relationships; develop demand through patient education programs when appropriate; implement territory business plans and key marketing programs; stay current with clinical literature; utilize patient-focused selling model; travel may be required, including weekends, to meet customers and attend events; represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings; drive growth of new and existing accounts through technical product and disease-state knowledge; coordinate with patient support groups and distribution channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences preferably
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of sales performance
- Ability to manage a large geography (preferred)
