Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products oversees promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio within the South Region; responsibilities include building relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners, implementing key marketing programs to increase market share, developing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, maintaining proper call frequency, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling, and supporting patient education programs. Regular travel to customer meetings and events is expected, with exposure to hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, and patient groups to promote products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
