Job Summary
Managed territory leadership for Coagulation Products in the South Region, focusing on growing usage of the hemophilia portfolio, cultivating HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distributors; develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; promote patient education and support patient-focused selling models; stay current with clinical literature and market dynamics; build customer relationships, drive new account development, and expand existing accounts; coordinate with patient support groups and participate in local customer meetings; travel regularly (including weekends) for customer events and program promotion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences preferred
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
