Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development. The MCP will cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers including health care professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners. The role involves creating demand for promoted products while demonstrating strong clinical knowledge, developing new accounts and growing existing accounts, and supporting patient education programs. Key activities include implementing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining targeted call frequencies, staying current with clinical literature, applying the patient-focused selling model, engaging with patient support groups, communicating marketplace opportunities to management, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and extensive travel as needed. The position requires solid territory management, knowledge of product features and disease state information, and the ability to develop territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
