Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products, South Region: Develop and promote CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio within the Providence, RI area. Responsible for territory business development, building and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distributors; drive demand through key marketing programs; maintain call cadence aligned to product focus; stay current with clinical literature; apply patient-focused selling with openings, probing, listening, and closing; engage with patient support groups; communicate marketplace opportunities to management; represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings; develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; travel required, including weekends for select meetings and events; promote products to HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors and specialty pharmacies; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through strong relationships and product/disease-state knowledge; manage territory effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
