Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products in the South Region (TN area) responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing territory business development. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors; create demand for promoted products; demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and business acumen to develop new accounts and grow existing ones; support patient education programs; implement key marketing programs to increase market share; stay current with clinical literature; apply patient-focused selling with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills; collaborate with patient support groups; represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings; travel as needed (including weekends) for customer meetings and events; develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; knowledge of product features, competitive products, and distribution channels; experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
