Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (South Region TN) drives promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. Develops demand through patient-focused selling, implements territory business plans, and stays current with clinical literature to support product features and disease state knowledge. Leads engagement with patient support groups where appropriate, promotes products to call points including HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies, and represents CSL Behring at local customer meetings to increase product exposure. Regular travel may include weekends for select customer or corporate meetings and events; travel and territory management skills are essential for growth of new and existing accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
