Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products responsible for promotion of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development in the Nashville region, with travel to customer sites including HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distributors. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, implement marketing programs to grow market share, develop and execute territory business plans, stay current with clinical literature, apply patient-focused selling strategies, engage with patient support groups, and promote product usage across call points. Travel may include weekends for select customer meetings and events; develop customer advocates and ensure effective account management while aligning with corporate direction and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
