Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) for the South Region in TN leads promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, cultivates relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, and develops new and existing accounts through territory planning, clinical knowledge, and patient-focused selling. Responsibilities include implementing marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining call frequency aligned with product focus, staying current with clinical literature, engaging patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings, traveling (including weekends) to support customers, promoting product usage across call points, and developing customer advocates through effective communication of product features and disease-state information. Requires strong business acumen, ability to develop territory business plans to meet/exceed sales targets, and the ability to convey technical product information and disease state knowledge to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
