Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) promotes CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and manages territory business development for the South Region TN. The MCP cultivates relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; creates demand for promoted products; demonstrates clinical knowledge; implements territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; stays current with clinical literature; applies patient-focused selling through effective opening, probing, listening, and closing during customer calls; collaborates with patient support groups; represents CSL Behring at local meetings to boost product exposure; travels regularly (including weekends) for select customer or corporate events; develops new accounts and grows existing ones through strong relationships and knowledge of product features, disease states, and distribution channels; supports patient education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
