Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) is responsible for the promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development in the Nashville region. The MCP will cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers including healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners. The role requires creating demand for promoted products while demonstrating strong clinical knowledge and business acumen to develop new accounts and grow existing ones. Responsibilities include implementing key marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequency aligned with product focus, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills, collaborating with patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings, and promoting products to input points such as HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. The MCP will develop territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, stay informed about marketplace issues, and manage travel as required (including weekends) for select customer meetings and events. The role also involves development of new accounts and growth of existing accounts through strong relationships and knowledge of product features, benefits, competitive programs, and distribution channels.
