Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development in the Nashville region. The MCP will cultivate and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners, create demand for promoted products, support patient education programs, and develop territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets. The role requires staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling techniques, and traveling (including weekends) for customer meetings and events to promote products and services. The MCP will work with patient groups where appropriate, communicate marketplace opportunities to management, and represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings to increase product exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
