Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) leads promotion of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio in the South Region, develops territory business plans, cultivates relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distributors, and drives demand for promoted products. Responsibilities include implementing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining targeted call frequencies, staying current with clinical literature, utilizing patient-focused selling, coordinating with patient support groups, communicating marketplace opportunities to management, representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings, traveling regularly (including weekends) for select customer meetings and events, promoting products to HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors and specialty pharmacies, developing new accounts and growing existing ones, and implementing territory plans to achieve/exceed sales targets. Education: Bachelor's degree required; Experience: five+ years in pharmaceutical sales; Travel required as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences (preferred)
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
