Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development in the Nashville region. Cultivate relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners; implement key marketing programs to increase market share; maintain call frequency and stay current with clinical literature; apply patient-focused selling model; support patient education programs; develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; travel required, including weekends for select customer meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences.
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience.
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance.
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired.
