Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) for the South Region is responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing territory business development in the Nashville area, building and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. The role emphasizes demand development through patient-focused selling, ongoing engagement with customer groups, and updates to account plans. Key activities include implementing marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining call frequency aligned with product focus, staying current with clinical literature, conducting effective customer calls, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and travel (including weekends) to support select customers or corporate events. The MCP will develop new accounts and grow existing ones via strong relationships, knowledge of product features and disease state information, and territory management skills, and will create and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets; knowledge of product features, competitive programs, and distribution channels is preferred.
