Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) for CSL Behring in the Nashville-area revenue region. Responsible for promotion and utilization of the hemophilia product portfolio, cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distribution partners, creating demand for promoted products, and supporting patient education programs. Key activities include implementing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling models, engaging patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and developing/expanding new and existing accounts through territory plans and effective product and disease-state communication. Regular travel, including weekends, to customer sites and events. Requires strong business acumen, clinical knowledge, and ability to manage a large geographic area; Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
