Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products in the South Region promotes CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, develops territory business plans, maintains relationships with health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution-channel partners, and actively promotes products while developing new accounts and growing existing ones. The role involves implementing key marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining regular call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying the patient-focused selling model, engaging with patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and traveling regularly (including weekends) to meet customers and participate in events. Strong clinical product knowledge, business acumen, and ability to communicate disease state information to multiple stakeholders are required; responsibilities also include supporting patient education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
