Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia portfolio within the South Region, with territory duties centered in Milwaukee, WI. Lead development and management of key accounts including health care professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies and distributors; implement marketing programs to grow market share; maintain regular call frequency; stay current with clinical literature; apply patient-focused selling techniques; collaborate with patient support groups; communicate marketplace opportunities to management; represent CSL Behring at local meetings; travel as needed, including weekends; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through relationship-building, territory planning, and knowledge of product features and benefits; drive demand and utilization of promoted products while ensuring alignment with corporate direction and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Demonstrated history of sales performance
