Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager of Coagulation Products in the South Region (Territory: Nashville) responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development. Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners. Create demand for promoted products while demonstrating strong clinical knowledge. Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets. Implement patient-focused selling with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills on customer calls; work with patient support groups and advocate networks. Stay current with clinical literature and market opportunities, represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings, and promote products across call points (HCPs, hospitals, treatment centers, distributors, specialty pharmacies). Develop new accounts and expand existing ones through strong relationships and knowledge of product features, competitive programs, and distribution channels. Regular travel is required, including weekends for select customers or corporate events. Ensure adherence to CSL Behring SOPs and contribute to patient education programs as needed.
