Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products for the Nashville territory responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and developing territory business. Cultivate relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors; create demand for promoted products; implement key marketing programs to increase market share; maintain proper call frequency; stay abreast of clinical literature; apply patient-focused selling with opening, probing, listening, and closing skills; engage patient support groups; represent CSL Behring at local meetings; travel frequently, including weekends for select customer or corporate events; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through strong relationships and territory management; develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography
