Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing all aspects of territory business development. The MCP will cultivate relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners; create demand for promoted products while applying strong clinical knowledge; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through solid customer relationships, information on product features and disease state, and effective territory management; implement key marketing programs to increase market share; stay current with clinical literature; follow CSL Behring’s patient-focused selling model; engage with patient support groups as appropriate; travel as needed, including weekends for select meetings and events; develop territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with an emphasis on patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors considered a plus.
