Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager of Coagulation Products for the South Region TN is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, and for managing territory business development. The MCP will cultivate and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCP), hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners; create demand for promoted products while demonstrating strong clinical knowledge; develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through customer relationships, communication of product and disease state information, and territory management. Responsibilities include implementing key marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying the patient-focused selling model, engaging patient support groups as appropriate, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and travel as needed (including weekends) for select customers or corporate events; develop territory business plans aligned with corporate direction and achieve sales targets; knowledge of product features/benefits, competitive products, and distribution channels.
