Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development in the South Region (Nashville/TN area). Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors; develop demand for promoted products; stay current with clinical literature; apply patient-focused selling with strong opening, probing, listening, and closing; collaborate with patient support groups; communicate marketplace opportunities to leadership; represent CSL Behring at local meetings; frequent travel may be required including weekends; promote products to HCPs, hospitals, treatment centers, patient groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through relationships and territory planning; implement territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets; knowledge of product features, competitive products, and distribution channels; travel-centric role with emphasis on field execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
