Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) for the South Region in TN leads promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, develops new accounts and grows existing ones, maintains relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distributors, and travels to client meetings and events to drive product demand and market share. Responsibilities include implementing key marketing programs, maintaining call frequency aligned with product focus, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling practices, engaging patient support groups, communicating marketplace opportunities to management, representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings, and developing territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. Strong clinical knowledge, product feature understanding, disease-state knowledge, and ability to manage a large geography are required; travel may include weekends and participation in patient education initiatives. One should demonstrate effective territory management, customer relationship development, and the ability to develop customer advocates for promoted products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
