Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio within the South Region (TN vicinity) and for managing territory business development. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; create demand for promoted products while applying clinical knowledge and patient-focused selling. Develop and implement territory business plans, stay current with clinical literature, and promote products to HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies. Maintain call frequency aligned with product focus and participate in patient education programs as needed. Travel regularly, including weekends for select meetings and events; contribute to patient education and advocate development; represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings and ensure market awareness of products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
