Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) promotes CSL Behring’s hemophilia portfolio and manages territory business development in the Nashville area; cultivates relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; develops demand for promoted products, maintains call frequency aligned with product focus, and stays current with clinical literature; applies patient-focused selling model, participates in patient education programs, and communicates market opportunities to management; represents CSL Behring at local customer meetings to increase exposure; regular travel is required (weekends may be needed) to support new and existing accounts; develops and implements territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets; demonstrates product knowledge, disease state understanding, and effective territory management; builds customer advocates and aligns with patient support groups and distributors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
