Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) for the South Region in TN is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development. The MCP will cultivate and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners; create demand for promoted products while demonstrating strong clinical knowledge; develop territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; implement key marketing programs to increase market share; stay current with clinical literature; apply patient-focused selling with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills on customer calls; engage patient support groups; represent CSL Behring at local meetings; frequent travel is required (weekends possible) to call on HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through relationships and territory management; promote products and increase usage; participate in patient education programs as needed.
