Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products in the South Region (TN) responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing territory business development. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners; create demand for promoted products; demonstrate clinical knowledge; develop territory plans and execute marketing programs to increase market share; maintain call activity aligned with product focus; stay current with medical literature; apply patient-focused selling techniques; collaborate with patient support groups per CSL Behring SOPs; communicate market opportunities to management; represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings; travel as required, including weekends for select customer meetings and events; promote products to target call points and develop customer advocates; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through strong relationships and effective territory management; implement territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
