Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) for the South Region focuses on promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio within Nashville and adjoining areas. Responsibilities include implementing key marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining proper call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, using patient-focused selling approaches, engaging with patient support groups, communicating market opportunities to management, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and traveling as required (including weekends). The MCP will promote products to health care professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies, develop new accounts, grow existing ones through relationship-building and technical product/disease-state information, and develop territory business plans aligned with corporate direction to achieve or exceed sales targets. The role demands strong clinical knowledge, customer relationship skills, and capacity to develop customer advocates for promoted products. A bachelor’s degree and five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with knowledge of patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors, are preferred. The position emphasizes ability to manage a large geography, develop plans, and stay abreast of market issues and opportunities.
