Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN: Promote CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, manage territory business development, cultivate relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distributors, and develop demand for promoted products. Demonstrate clinical knowledge, maintain call frequency, stay current with literature, apply patient-focused selling, engage with patient support groups, communicate market opportunities to management, represent CSL Behring at local meetings, and develop new and existing accounts through strategic territory planning. Regular travel required, including weekends for select customers or corporate events. Develop customer advocates and support patient education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
