Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) based in Louisville, KY, leads promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio within the Nashville territory. The role focuses on cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors, developing demand for promoted products, and growing both new and existing accounts through territory planning and patient education support. Responsibilities include implementing key marketing programs, maintaining call frequency aligned with product focus, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling, engaging with patient support groups, communicating marketplace opportunities to management, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and traveling as required (including weekends). Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree, five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, proven sales performance, and ability to manage a large geography; experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors is a plus.
Required Qualifications
