Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) in the South Region TN is responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, developing territory business, cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, and expanding both new and existing accounts. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen to develop and execute territory plans, patient education support as needed, and active collaboration with patient groups. Regular travel is required, including weekends for select customer or corporate meetings and events. Key activities include implementing marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining call frequency aligned with product focus, staying current with clinical literature, practicing patient-focused selling, and representing CSL Behring at local meetings to increase product exposure, with a focus on building customer advocates and driving product usage across call points.
